Welcome to the Open and Distance Learning Council (ODLC)

The Open and Distance Learning Council (ODLC) is a legally constituted autonomous educational organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, Government of NCT of Delhi. Established in the year 2013, ODLC operates as a not-for-profit body with the principal objective of expanding equitable access to quality education through structured and recognized open, distance, and digital learning systems.
