Recognized Centres under the Academic Framework of ODLC
The following institutions are formally affiliated with the Open and Distance Learning Council (ODLC) and are authorized to deliver its academic, vocational, and early childhood education programs. These centres function under the academic supervision and regulatory guidelines of ODLC, adhering to all quality and compliance standards.
Affiliated centres are permitted to operate in one of the following delivery modes:
- Online – Fully digital through ODLC-approved LMS
- Offline – Physical classroom-based support and examination centres
- Blended – Hybrid model combining online instruction with offline support

All affiliated institutions must:
- Function in accordance with ODLC’s Affiliation Policy and Academic Regulations
- Maintain academic integrity and provide learner support services as per ODLC standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and participation in inspections and quality audits
Operate only in the approved mode (Online, Offline, or Blended) as specified in the affiliation certificate
Apply for Affiliation
Interested institutions seeking ODLC affiliation may submit their application via the ODLC Affiliation Portal. Applications must include institutional registration proof, infrastructure details, proposed courses, and faculty profiles.
Note: All affiliations are subject to approval by the Governing Council of ODLC.
